Instructions for Curled banana cakes
To prepare the Curled banana cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Blend bananas and eggs well together in a food processor and add yoghurt and powdery sugar. Blend it all well. Stir the sugar with the butter so that it is light and airy and turn the fried walnuts into rosimers. Add the sugar-butter mixture to the banana mixture and gently turn flour, baking soda and spice into the dough. Bake the cakes in the middle of the oven in a greased muffin mold for 30 minutes. Look at the cakes along the way and cover if necessary. Shaping with silver paper if the crust is about to darken. Let the cakes cool completely before eating. The cakes are very durable and are only better to be baked the day before they are eaten.
