To prepare the Cucumber salad for the cooler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cucumber into thin slices, preferably on raw rice and sprinkle them with a little salt. Let them draw 10 minutes.
Stir vinegar with sugar, boiling water and pepper until the sugar is dissolved. Now let the vinegar cool off.
Rinse the cucumber discs and let them drip off. Then come on a glass.
Pour the vinegar over the cucumber slices and close the glass so that they are under layer.
