Instructions for Cucumber/rhubarb salad

To prepare the Cucumber/rhubarb salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel a cucumber and cut it into thick slices. Do the same with 2-3 stalks rhubarb. Both cured (1 tblsp. salt) and sukkeres (1 tbls. Brown cane sugar). Let it rest for about 15 min. and twisting it free of water.

Boil 2 cups of water and 1 dl sugar cane up, season with a good wine vinegar, and let the cucumber and rhubarb pull herein in 24 hours.

Turn eg a little freshly chopped dill in before serving.
