2 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Bran |

Instructions for Crunchy grahamsbrød
To prepare the Crunchy grahamsbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the water/buttermilk and water in a saucepan and warm it, for it is finger warm. Roof box the role of heat and crumble the yeast in it. Stir until yeast is dissolved, and pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly together. There must not be manipulated, only touched.
Pour batter into 2 medium baking tins (ca. 1.8 l). Set molds on the lower Groove in cold oven. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and bake loaves for about 2 hours. Take them out of the mold and cool them on a rack.
Tips:
With us replaces the rye bread. They are fiber-rich, healthy, tasty and easy to bake.
