Ingredients for Creoler piroger

10 | dl | Wheat flour |
180 | g | Cold butter el margarine |
2 | stems | Leaf celery |
2 | tsp | Cajun spice mix |
2 | can | Peeled tomatoes |
2 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
2 | Bay leaves | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Cold milk |
3 | clove | Garlic |
50 | g | Butter |
750 | g | Pork or beef |
Instructions for Creoler piroger
To prepare the Creoler piroger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the butter into small pieces and crumble it in flour and sugar. Gather the dough quickly with the milk. Put the dough cold for 30 minutes.
Chop and season vegetables for 3-4 min. Brown the meat and add garlic, laurel, cajun spice and tomato. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Cool the meat and add parsley.
Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll out to 1½ cm thick. Distribute the filling in the middle of each circle, brush the edge with water and close with a fork. Pry a few holes in the dough. Brush with coiled egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 g for about 20 minutes.
