Ingredients for Creamy peanut chicken/wok

1 | tbsp | Brown sugar |
1 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
1 | tbsp | Red curry paste |
1 | tbsp | Vegetable oil |
2.5 | dl | Coconut milk |
50 | g | Gritty peanut butter |
500 | g | Chicken breast fillet, diced without skin |
Instructions for Creamy peanut chicken/wok
To prepare the Creamy peanut chicken/wok recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok or sauté pan. Add the curry paste and FRY for 1 minute. Stir in Diced Chicken and sauté them golden brown in 4-5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except lemon boats and boil up.
Turn down the heat and let simmer without lid in 10-12 minutes for the sauce begins to tykne.
Server Court with steaming, long grain rice and lemon both.
