150gPasteurized egg whites
250gDark chocolate
300gSugar
500gPure raw marzipan

Instructions for Cream balls 05

To prepare the Cream balls 05 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pure raw marcipan cut into 30 slices, put on baking paper and baked at 180 degrees for 5-8 minutes.

For steam, boil 300 g of sugar and 1 dl of water. Let it boil for 2 more minutes. Add 150 g of pasteurized egg whites and lightly add sugar.
