Ingredients for Cranberry muffins
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1.5 | dl | Vegetable oil |
10 | dl | Kellogg's all bran, corn flakes |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Finely grated orange peel |
2.5 | dl | Sugar |
200 | g | Dried cranberries |
300 | g | Pecans/walnuts |
5 | dl | Milk |
6 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Cranberry muffins
To prepare the Cranberry muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Set aside. Mix in a large bowl of cornflakes and milk, leave for approx. 5 min. Add egg and oil and whip it all together well. Add cranberries, orange peel and finely ground nuts. Finally mix the flour mixture and benefit from a spoon in the molds. Behind 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes until the cakes are light brown.
