Ingredients for Cowboy steak

4 | slices | Fillet of beef |
50 | g | Butter |
6 | tbsp | Bourbon whiskey |
8 | slices | Bacon |
Instructions for Cowboy steak
To prepare the Cowboy steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the marinade of whiskey, salt, pepper, lemon zest and possibly. The price of sugar. Let the meat pull in the marinade for about half an hour.
Pat the steaks dry and close them by a short, powerful Browning on both sides. Then lower the heat and cook about three minutes on each side. Take the steaks from the Pan and keep warm.
