To prepare the Cove a minira (switched kale) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the cabbage well and cut the leaves of the inner straight thick rib. Cut them in ½ cm wide strips. Bring 3-4 liters of water in wise, add the cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes. Pour it into a door layer so that the water can drain. Wipe the kale in a cloth.

Melt the grease in a frying pan and pour the cabbage lightly into it. The cabbage must not be cooked for a long time, as it should still be a little crisp.
