Instructions for Courgette salad with tomato and basil
To prepare the Courgette salad with tomato and basil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tomatoes in quarters, peel the shell of garlic. Come both in the blender. Add olive oil, breadcrumb, 1/2 tablespoons vinegar and possibly. A little fresh chili free for kernels. Blend and taste with salt, pepper, sugar and, if necessary, additional chilli and vinegar. Style cold.
Plan or cut courgette into thin slices. Chop the mustots and garlic nicely. Turn the courgetts together with onion, oil and apple vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the courgette salad into a layer of four plates. Pour as much tomato sauce as you like. Plan a little parmesan cheese over each dish and then spread the basil leaves. Server immediately.
NB!
You can easily save some of it for example. To lubricate olive-oiled bread one of the next days. They can also make a very big portion and eat the leftover tomato sauce as a soup the next day.
