Ingredients for Corn Dog
1 | Eggs, lightly beaten together | |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tsp | Mustard powder |
1 | tbsp | Melted fat |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1 ¼ | dl | Yellow corn flour |
1 ¼ | dl | Wheat flour |
1 ¼ | dl | Milk |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
6 | Frankfurters | |
6 | Grill skewers or sticks |
Instructions for Corn Dog
To prepare the Corn Dog recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix corn flour, flour, sugar mustard powder, baking soda and salt. Add milk, egg and melted fat and mix well. Pour the dough into a high glass.
Put the frankfurts on sticks. Dip them in the melting pot so the dough covers.
Step them in 190 degrees hot oil approx. 2 minutes. Let them drop on paper.
