1Eggs, lightly beaten together
1tspBaking soda
1tspMustard powder
1tbspMelted fat
1tbspSugar
1 ¼dlYellow corn flour
1 ¼dlWheat flour
1 ¼dlMilk
1/2tspSalt
6Frankfurters
6Grill skewers or sticks

Instructions for Corn Dog

To prepare the Corn Dog recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix corn flour, flour, sugar mustard powder, baking soda and salt. Add milk, egg and melted fat and mix well. Pour the dough into a high glass.

Put the frankfurts on sticks. Dip them in the melting pot so the dough covers.

Step them in 190 degrees hot oil approx. 2 minutes. Let them drop on paper.
