2Large onion-finely chopped
3tbspFresh chopped parsley
3tbspWhipping cream (optional)

Instructions for Corn chowder

To prepare the Corn chowder recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the chopped onion and let them simmer at medium heat for five minutes, or until golden. Add the garlic and cumin and let it cook for 1 min, stirring continuously. Add the vegetable broth and bring it to a boil. Came the potatoes in the Pan and turn down the heat.
