To prepare the Corn chowder recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the chopped onion and let them simmer at medium heat for five minutes, or until golden. Add the garlic and cumin and let it cook for 1 min, stirring continuously. Add the vegetable broth and bring it to a boil. Came the potatoes in the Pan and turn down the heat. Let the soup simmer without lids for 10 minutes.
Now add the corn kernel and parsley, and let soup simmer for 10 minutes again. Then gently turn the grated cheese and the cream, and season with salt and pepper. Stir carefully over a low heat for the cheese is melted.
