Instructions for Coniglio alla pizzaiola
To prepare the Coniglio alla pizzaiola recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the pieces of rabbit in the oil, add the garlic. When the meat has been color add the white wine and let the meat simmer in ca. 10 min. Add the capers, parsley, anchovies and stir in the tomato puree then first in with oregano, salt and pepper. Let the Court småboble in ca. 5 min. and serve it with roast potatoes.
