1 | bundle | Spring onions |
1 | Yellow bell pepper | |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | Red bell pepper | |
100 | g | Sprouts |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | Grated carrots | |
2 | tbsp | Grated ginger |
2 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
200 | g | Shrimp |
300 | g | Swine småkød or ground pork |
Instructions for Congo rolls
To prepare the Congo rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onions in small slices and tear the carrots into thin strips, finely chop the spider and cut the peppers into thin strips.
Heat a wok or pan with the oil and add chopped onion, chopped garlic and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add grated ginger, pork and prawns and raise it golden.
Then add lime, soy, coriander and all the vegetables
Stir the mixture for approx. 3 minutes, the vegetables may be crispy.
Put the mixture aside and come approx. A "saucepan" fills each plate of spring rolls and rolls the spring rolls together (often it is shown on the package with spring rolls how to do)
Heat a large pot of plenty of oil and then roll the rolls in the oil for approx. 3 minutes each.
Take them up and let them drip on paper.
Serve the spring rolls with rice, sweet chilli sauce and possibly. soy.
