50gYeast
50gButter
7dlMilk

Instructions for Compounded buns

To prepare the Compounded buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix milk, melted butter and yeast. Add salt, egg and flour. Take a little bit to roll out. Eat the dough well. Let them raise to double size.

Beat the dough together and knead well. Then divide into 3 sausages and each sausage in 12 pieces. Make it fast so they get the same size. Put the balls together. (Like Christmas tree, nisse, or close to a pattern). Repeat and brush with eggs.

Bake at 225 degrees C approx. 15 min.
