To prepare the Cold asparagus flan, asparagus salad, grapefruit and freshly played fjord rag recipe, please follow these instructions:
Asparagus peeled and cut into 3 parts. The lower part should be used for flan. The peaks are boiled in saline. Bottom portion is roasted in butter with scallops. The cream is added. Asparagus must be tender. Then it is blended / sieved and added eggs, salt and pepper. The mixture is poured into molds and baked in oven at 120 degrees for approx. 40 minutes. The springs are boiled for a short time in plenty of water with added salt. The shrimp pilles. Grapefruit fillet and juice is squeezed and reduced to syrup consistency. Slightly add salt and olive oil before whipping. The warm asparagus is reversed with grape sauce and new onions.
