Ingredients for Coffee horn with nuts

1 | tsp | Cardamom |
1 | dl | Quark 5 + |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
2½ | dl | Milk |
25 | g | Yeast |
40 | g | Hazelnut flakes |
5-600 | g | Glutenholdigt flour |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Coffee horn with nuts
To prepare the Coffee horn with nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in the hand warm milk
Add quark, butter and spices.
Mix nuts and flour and knead it, gradually.
Beat the dough well together.
Set it up with a spoonful of cloth over 1 hour at room temperature.
Beat the dough and divide it into 2.
Roll both lumps into circles, approx. 30 cm in diameter.
Cut each circle into 8 "layer pieces", rolled together from the wide end of the horn.
Place the horns on a baking sheet with baking paper and allow them to rise for 15 minutes.
Brush them gently with the battered egg.
Behind the horns at 200 degrees on the middle groove for approx. 15 min.
tips:
One can benefit from marcipan, nougat or thick jam in each horn. However, the horns also taste just as they are.
