25gYeast
40gHazelnut flakes
5-600gGlutenholdigt flour

Instructions for Coffee horn with nuts

To prepare the Coffee horn with nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast in the hand warm milk
Add quark, butter and spices.
Mix nuts and flour and knead it, gradually.
Beat the dough well together.
Set it up with a spoonful of cloth over 1 hour at room temperature.

Beat the dough and divide it into 2.
Roll both lumps into circles, approx. 30 cm in diameter.
Cut each circle into 8 "layer pieces", rolled together from the wide end of the horn.
