To prepare the Codfish with Hollandaise recipe, please follow these instructions:

The cod fillets are dripped with lemon juice and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Vaporize in the microwave oven in an ovenproof dish. Taken out and the liquid is poured out.

Hollandaisesauce is prepared according to the instructions on the package of fat and milk. Add to Dijon mustard and lemon (or white wine) and white pepper. Poured over the fish. The roasted bacon is sprinkled over.
