200 | g | Quark |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
50 | g | Yeast |
7 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Coarse wheat bread
To prepare the Coarse wheat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water, add quark, oil, salt and grains. Mix whole wheat flour and add the flour until the dough is soft and release the hands. Good luck, like 15 minutes. Set it for upright for 1 hour.
Pour the dough through again and form it into an elongated bread that adheres to 15 minutes.
Peel the bread with a sharp knife, brush it with egg, whipped together with 1 tablespoon of water and sprinkle the kernels over.
Pour the bread in the oven at 225 degrees for about ½ hour.
