Ingredients for Coarse Pieces

Poppy seeds or cracked rye kernels | ||
1 | dl | Buttermilk |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
125 | g | 3 kornsblanding |
15 | g | Yeast |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | dl | Water |
300 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
Instructions for Coarse Pieces
To prepare the Coarse Pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water. Add buttermilk, oil, salt and 3-grain mix. Mix whole wheat flour in a couple of times until the dough has a suitable consistency.
Bring the dough well ,, until it is soft and smooth and shape immediately 12 pieces. Let them rise cold (in the refrigerator) overnight, covered with a moist piece of cloth.
In the morning they are brushed with eggs and sprinkled with birch or cracked rye kernels.
Bake for approx. 16 minutes at 225 degrees C.
