500gWhole wheat flour or wholemeal wheat flour

Instructions for Coarse bread with courgette

To prepare the Coarse bread with courgette recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tear the washed courgette roughly and mix them in a bowl of 1 teaspoon. salt. Let them pull for approx. 20 minutes and press them free of moisture.

Stir yeast into 2 dl. Of the water. Add the honey and let the skin stand loose until it suds lightly, after approx. 20 minutes.

Pour the bread in the oven at 200 degrees heat for approx. 70 minutes.
