Instructions for Classic salade nicoise
To prepare the Classic salade nicoise recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scrub the potatoes well and let them cook for 15 min. Flush them with cold water, Willow them and let them be cold. Boil the eggs until they are hard boiled, 8-10 min. Flush them in cold water, Willow them and share them into quarters.
Rinse, nip and halve the beans. Cook them in a little water, 8-10 min. Spul in cold water and let them drain. Rinse zucchinien and cut it into thin slices. Brown the slices lightly in 1 tbsp. oil.
'S peberfrugten and cut it into fine strips. Arrow and halve the onion and cut it into thin slices. Let drain and crumble the tuna just fine. Cut the tomatoes in both and remove the stem of the hilt.
Mix the salt, pepper and vinegar. Stir in the rest of the oil in a little at a time. Add the potatoes, beans, peppers and onions. Pour dressing over and mix well. Serve the vegetables on four plates.
Serve eggs, zucchini, tuna, capers and tomato, both on top of the marinated vegetables. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the salad.
