3 | tsp | Baking soda |
3 | dl | Milk |
300 | g | Butter |
400 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Citrus cake (lemon, lime, orange) recipe, please follow these instructions:
KAGE: Stir sugar and butter light and airy.
Add the eggs and stir well.
Add the must and juice from the citrus fruits.
Add flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar and milk and stir well.
Pour the dough into a baking pan and baking the cake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees (ordinary oven).
PINE: Tear the shell of the citrus fruits and set it aside.
Mix the juice from the citrus fruit with a floemlis until it has the desired consistency and butter it on the cake.
