Instructions for Christmas Saft
To prepare the Christmas Saft recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the apples into both and remove the kernels and stems.
Peel the clementines.
Put all the fruit in a 5 liter saucepan.
Add water.
Put on the lid and bring the saucepan to a boil.
Turn the flask a little and allow to boil for 30 minutes.
Put the juice and pour it back into the pan.
Let it boil for 5 minutes while adding sugar, vanilla sugar and atamon.
Pour the juice onto the atamon-flushed bottles.
