Instructions for Christmas horn
To prepare the Christmas horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
The raisins soaked in port for about 24 hours. Butter and sugar stir in yeast, water and ymer is stirred together. Margarine is melted and added with sugar, salt and flour. The dough is kneaded well through and made withdrawals in a warm place for about 1 hour. The dough is beaten down and divided into 2 portions, each rolled thin out in circles. Each circle is split into 8 pieces. The filling is distributed on the triangles, which rolled together toward the tip.
