To prepare the Chops in cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Koteletterne seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika and Brown in the margarine in the pan. Put the roasted pork chops in the bottom of a baking dish.
Boil the pan off with whipping cream and add the tomato puree. If you think there will be too little sauce, you can tender a little up with milk, but be careful it does not become too thin. Add colour and taste the gravy with salt.
Now pour the frozen peas in the sauce, so the filling well. Warm the sauce and pour it over koteletterne.
