Instructions for Chops in cream sauce
To prepare the Chops in cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chops are seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika and browned in margarine on the forehead. Place the browned chops in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
Cook the pan with whipped cream and add ketchup. If you think there is too little sauce, you can soak up milk, but make sure it does not get too thin. If you have a karryketchup, you can just give it a bit of it (2 tablespoons?). Add the color and taste the sauce with salt.
Now pour frozen peas in the sauce to fill well. Heat the sauce through and pour it over the chops.
Place the lid on or the stagnant roll over the dish and place it in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 30-45 min. Until the chops are tender.
Serve with loose rice and green salad.
