5dlWholemeal wheat flour
5dlYlette
50gYeast
8dlWheat flour

Instructions for Cholesterol-like buns

To prepare the Cholesterol-like buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the water add oil and chill, mix the other ingredients and add to it. Knead it well and set it for 1 1/2 hour.

Form the dough to approx. 12 bowls, and leave them on the plate for approx. 15 minutes.

Bake them at approx. 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes.

tips:
Save some of the flour as there may be a difference in how much flour the dough can take and the dough must be slightly glued when raised.
