Instructions for Chokoparfait with daim
To prepare the Chokoparfait with daim recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg yolks with half of the flour and melt the chocolate over the water bath. Whisk the whites stiff with the rest of the flour and pour the cream into the foam. Stir the chocolate into the eggshell and turn whites and whipped cream in. Combine the parfait into the saucepan and place them in the freezer with the daim at least 3 hours. Crush the frozen daim into a mini-chopper or put it in a plastic bag and crush it with a meat hammer, and serve the parfait sprinkled with crushed daim.
