To prepare the Chocolate mousse with chocolates recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt chocolate and butter over water bath.
Whip the whites stiff. Whip egg yolks and sugar until it is white and creamy. Whip the eggshell and the chocolate mixture together. Carefully turn the egg whites in.
Crush chocolate chips and spread them in 6 glasses.
Pour the chocolate mousse over. Put the mousse on the fridge. Decorate with broken chocolate plaques
