Ingredients for Chocolate chip bars

1 | dl | Sunflower seeds, toasted |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | Egg whites | |
3 | tbsp | Brown cane sugar |
3 | dl | Oatmeal |
3 | dl | Muesli |
3 | tbsp | Syrup |
4 | tbsp | Butter, melted |
90 | g | Feel the chocolate, coarsely chopped |
Instructions for Chocolate chip bars
To prepare the Chocolate chip bars recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter with the vanilla corns, which you have scrapped out of the bar (you can store the bar in a jam with sugar - you will get good vanilla sugar). Also bring sugar and syrup into the pan and melt together.
Remove from the heat and whip the egg yolks into a smooth mass.
Bring the whites in a large bowl and whip them stiff. Turn them together with the butter and then mix the rest of the ingredients in.
Cover a piece of baking paper and lightly brush it. Then fill the mass so that it is approx. 2 cm high.
Prepare the mold in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for approx. 10 min.
Remove the mold from the oven and cool down in the refrigerator. After that, the stiffened mass can be removed and cut into suitable pieces.
tips:
The carved bars are very nice by dipping the top in dark chocolate. Then they become really delicious and inviting. The barrels can last approx. One week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
