1.5dlWater
1.5tspVanilla sugar
150gIcing sugar
250gButter
4.5tspBaking soda
60gCocoa
600gWheat flour
600gSugar
7Eggs

To prepare the Chocolate cake with smørcréme, (Bradepande cake) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Margarine and sugar stirred softly.
Stir in the eggs one at a time.
If the dough separates, stir in cocoa now.

Cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar is stirred in, alternating with milk and boiling water.

The dough in a greased baking pan (approx. 30 * 40 cm)
Bake about 60 minutes at 175 degrees C alm. oven.

The cake is cooled and sliced.

Crème: icing sugar and boiling water whipped together.
The butter is whisked in a little at a time.
