125 | g | Wheat flour |
125 | g | White chocolate chopped into small pieces |
125 | g | Light chocolate |
125 | g | Dark chocolate |
2.75 | dl | Egg whites |

To prepare the Chocolate cake with 3 kinds of chocolates recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the dark and the light chocolate in a water bath with the butter.
Whip sugar and egg yolks white (about 10 minutes).
Turn flour and baking soda together and carefully turn it all together. Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them into the end.
Fill the dough in a spring form and spread the white chocolate in the dough. Put the mold in a hot oven, 180 degrees, for 45 minutes.
