165 | g | Good dark chocolate, roughly chopped |

Instructions for Chocolate cake 03
To prepare the Chocolate cake 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lubricate the inside of a spring shape of 24 cm. In diameter. Flour the shape of the interior by turning a few tablespoons of flour and throw it away.
Shake the almonds in the oven on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes at approx. 200 degrees or until golden. Let them cool.
Wash the oranges thoroughly, dry them and peel them with a potato peel so that only the skull and not the white come with. Shrug the shells well. Run the almonds through a almond grinder or chop them. Also chop the chocolate well. Mix almonds, chocolate, cinnamon and orange peel in a bowl.
Whip the egg whites stiff. Whip the egg yolks white with the sugar. Mix the dry ingredients with orange juice, 1/3 of egg whites and the whipped egg yolks. Gently fold the remaining egg whites into and pour the dough into the greased form. Pour the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Cool the cake for 10 minutes in the mold. Then loosen the edge of the mold, turn the cake and allow it to cool completely on a grate. Brush the cake with orange grove when it is cold.
glaze:
Bring chocolate, cocoa powder, syrup and unsalted butter into a small thick-frying pan and gently mix the mixture while whipping. When the glaze is smooth and homogeneous it is clear.
Place the cake on a grid with a piece of baking paper and pour the icing out the middle of the cake and let it run evenly down the side of the cake. Use a pallet knife to smooth with. Leave the cake for 45 minutes. In the meantime remove any crumbs from the glaze on the baking paper and scrape it all up into the pan and warm it up again and repeat the procedure. Wait at least 45 minutes before serving the cake.
