Instructions for Chinese soup with noodles
To prepare the Chinese soup with noodles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and clean the cauliflower and cut it into small bouquets. Cut the stick into the tern. Peel the carrots. Cut them into slices. Cut each slice into a flower.
Boil the egg noodles as indicated on the package and drain them in a sieve.
Cut the hamburgers in very thin strips. Dip the meat with a saucepan. Heat a wok or fryer. Bring the meat in. Stir the meat with high heat, let the meat form a crust before turning it and turn the meat constantly for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Put the meat on a plate.
Sweat cauliflower and carrots approx. 1 minute. Add the soup and warm it up. Add the spinach. If frozen spinach is used, it is added directly from the freezer. Boil the soup for 1-2 minutes. Add the meat and egg noodles and warm the soup through. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
tips:
Eat the soup with flute. Remember, you can always double the amount of food.
Tip:
Want a more spicy soup, it can be tasted with freshly grated ginger and / or sambal oelek (probably most for the adults as it is quite strong).
