Ingredients for Chilli-corn muffins
0.5 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1.5 | tsp | Chili powder |
1.5 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
1.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
1.5 | dl | Corn groats |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Bell Pepper udkernet and finely chopped |
50 | g | Grated cheddar |
50 | g | Melted butter |
Instructions for Chilli-corn muffins
To prepare the Chilli-corn muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven up to 200 degrees. Mix in a bowl of flour, corn grit, baking soda, soda, salt and chilli powder. Whip in another bowl of creme fraiche, egg and butter together. Turn the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ones. The dough must not be whipped, because the bread will be cool. Add the pepper and cheese and stir until the dough is even. Pour the dough into greased muffin molds and bag them for 15 minutes. Cool for 3 min and turn over to a baker. Taste the best heat with butter.
