Instructions for Chili soup with noodles and meatballs
To prepare the Chili soup with noodles and meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack chili fruits and remove the cores. Chop the chilies and garlic finely and fry them in a pan with added butter. Add the chicken and beef broth and let the soup boil for approximately 10 minutes at low heat.
Boil soup noodles and meatballs for instructions.
Add the tomato puree and heavy cream and soup noodles and meatballs and cook the soup up. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve the soup in individual bowls and garnish with finely chopped bell pepper. Serve with good bread.
