Ingredients for Chili Pie
½ | dl | Cream 13% |
½ | tsp | Coarse salt |
½ | tbsp | Water |
1 | Fresh chili pepper | |
1 | clove | Garlic, crushed |
100 | g | Cheddar cheese, finely grated |
100 | g | Cold butter |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Shrimp in brine |
3 | Eggs | |
75 | g | Spring onions into thin rings |
Instructions for Chili Pie
To prepare the Chili Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough:
Cut the butter into smaller pieces and crumble it in the flour. Add salt and water and quickly collect the dough. Place it covered in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour. Pour the dough into a greased spring form (about 22 cm in diameter). Leave it halfway through the pages of the form.
Tap the bottom with a fork and pre-mix it in the middle of the oven.
Filling:
Fold the chili pea to the side. Remove the cores under running water with a sharp knife. Chop chili peppers (a total of spices). Whip egg and cream together. Mix chopped chilli and the other ingredients in it. Distribute the filling in the bottom of the bag.
Bake the pie in the middle of the oven.
Serve hot or lukewarm with green salad and flute.
