Instructions for Chiky wraps (low fat)
To prepare the Chiky wraps (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the inner fillets into smaller pieces, sprinkle with the spice mixture and peppers and fry 3-4 minutes on good heat. Add salt and mix the cooked kidney beans with the chicken pieces.
Fold the lukewarm wraps as cages and fill with salad, chicken, kidney beans and avocado in small tern.
