600 | g | White cabbage |
600 | g | Chicken fillet without skin and bones |
Instructions for Chicken with vegetables (Wok)
To prepare the Chicken with vegetables (Wok) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the vegetables, carrots cut into fine shells, pepper, mushrooms, cabbage and celery cut into thin slices. Remove the skin from the chicken breast and chop the chicken meat into thin shoots. Peel a piece of ginger and tear it on the fine side of a grater.
Brown chicken meat in the oil for approx. 2 minutes in the wok.
Season onion, carrots and cauliflower for approx. 3 minutes.
Add leaf celery and pepper fruit and season it for approx. 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, bean sprouts and ginger ginger and season it in a further approx. 2 minutes.
Add the soy and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with boiled rice and flutes.
