Ingredients for Chicken with ginger

2tbspFish sauce
2tspGarlic, finely chopped
2tspCurry powder
2tbspCoconut milk
3tbspRoasted peanuts for garnish
4tbspOil
5tspGinger, finely chopped
500gChicken fillet into strips of approx. 1x5 cm
6-7Scallion in oblique slices of approx. 2 cm. (with something of the green)

Instructions for Chicken with ginger

To prepare the Chicken with ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make a marinade of ginger, garlic, curry, fish sauce, coconut milk and oil. Mix the meat in and leave it for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer.

Cut the bulbs to small costs of 10 - 12 cm. Put them in ice-cold water for an hour before being used as a decoration for the court.
