Heat a wok or cast iron with a little oil. Add curry and mix with oil. Brown the chicken in the oil for a short while and pick it up again. Bring celery, onion, carrots and garlic to the pan with the same oil and stir them with stirring approx. 5 min. Put the chicken in the pan again and add water. Let the dish boil approx. 45 min until the juice from the chicken is ready. Smooth the sauce with a flourish and add the food balls.
