Ingredients for Chicken or beef salad. You choose!

Bechamel sauce (from the dolmio or other recipe)
A bit of tomato puree
Spices
Lasagne sheets
Oregano
Pepper
Salt
1canChopped tomatoes
1Onion, chopped
1tbspOil
1Package ground beef or chicken meat (450-500 (g).)
1packageGrated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2-3Carrots, grated

To prepare the Chicken or beef salad. You choose! recipe, please follow these instructions:

Meat Oven: Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Chop the onions and tear the carrots.
Bring the oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion, and then all the meat at once.
Leave the meat with a stirrer and stir until it has enough color.
Add the chopped tomatoes directly from the can.
Then add the cloves and oregano to the sauce.
Finally add the chopped carrots and a little tomato puree to give exquisite color and taste.
Stir in the saucepan and allow a few minutes with a lid on a low flare.

lasagna:
Start placing a layer of meat sauce at the bottom of a pan or oven-proof dish, as rectangular and square as possible.
Apply a layer of bechamel and cover with lasagne plates (the plates should preferably avoid placing too much on top of each other).
Repeat with sauce, bechamel and plates until there is no more left (aim for at least 3 layers).
Finish with sauce and / or bechamel and finally add grated cheese to your desired amount as top (make sure you get too much cheese on top as it can quickly get too crunchy!)

The lasagne is heated at 200 degrees for approx. 30 minutes until the plates are soft

tips:
Tip! Please wait. Bring cheese on top, until the lasagne has been in the oven for 15 min.! Then the cheese is not that hard and annoying to eat! Insert any. In the lasagna, like in a cake, to test when the plates are soft enough! There must NOT be plates that are not covered with sauce or bechamel as they only become stiff and not soft.
