To prepare the Chicken on Italian Fritto di Pollo recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse and clean the chickens and dry them in the kitchen roll. Divide each chicken into 4 pieces.
Whip the eggs with milk and oil.
Turn the chicken pieces into flour with salt and then into the egg mixture.
Mix grated and cheese in a large plastic bag.
Shake the chicken pieces (one at a time) in the bag so they are completely covered.
Heat oil in a fryer and add the chicken pieces, not too many at a time, do not touch each other for about 20 minutes. By steady heat so they do not burn before they are passed through. Dip on greasy paper / paper roll. Decorate with parsley and lemon and serve with salad or flute
