To prepare the Chicken in balsamic-lime marinade recipe, please follow these instructions:
In a suitable bowl pour all ingredients, except chicken, in and stir well.
The chicken is put in and must be covered by marinade.
Cover the bowl and allow to stand at ambient temperature for 2-3 hours.
Stir the chicken at medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, preferably with a little extra marinade.
Serve with salad, cold sauce and eg potatoes.
