The Court is served with potatoes that are cooked with lovage which gives a wonderful fresh flavor.
Heat olive oil in a pan and roast the chicken for two-three minutes. Fintsnittet add the courgette and garlic. Grate it further in five min. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with the good potatoes.
