5tbspSweet chilli sauce
50gPeanuts roasted and salted
60gButter

To prepare the Chicken breast with leek and peanuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

'S porrene, crack them and rinse them thoroughly. Cut them into 3-4 cm long pieces on the bias. Cut the chili from through, remove the cores and cut it into very small cubes. Chop ground nuts. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle it with salt and fry the meat in a pan of very hot fat for approx. 4 min. turn and turn it all the time. After approx. 3 min. Add the ground nuts and roasted with in 1 min.
Take the meat up and joined leek and chilli in or grate it with in a few minutes. Put the meat back in the Pan and add the chili sauce, 4 tbsp water and lemon juice. Warm it all well in through.

Server cooked rice to garner and right with flat-leaf parsley.
