To prepare the Chicken Asia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack the chili and remove the cores. Chop the chilli, garlic and Lemongrass just fine. Peel and grate the ginger. Mix a marinade of oil and the juice of limefrugten. Add the chili, garlic, lemon grass and ginger. Season with a little salt and fresh pepper guard. Mariner meat in half of the marinade for 30 minutes.
Rinse the salad leaves and dry them well. Peel the carrots and cut them and scallions for about 4 cm. long, thin strips. Toast the nuts in a dry frying pan. Mix the salad and vegetables with nuts and drizzle the rest of the marinade over.
Fry the meat in a nice hot pan in 5-8 min. Serve the meat on a salad mixture and serve with good bread.
