100 | g | Sugar |
125 | g | Wheat flour |
25 | g | Almonds, peeled |
500 | g | Cherries, fresh sweet |
Instructions for Cherry Pie II
To prepare the Cherry Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Break into pieces in the flour, butter and dough gather with cold water and knead quickly through. Put the cold, while the cherries made ready.
The cherries are washed and udstenes.
The tonsils slipped and painted or chopped very fine.
The dough rolled out, and a greased pie dish approx. 21 cm. or a baking dish covered with dough. The superfluous dough is pressed against the fadets edge.
The tonsils are spread over tærtens bottom.
The cherries are added in the pie and sprinkled with sugar to taste.
The pie bake in a 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 45 minutes.
Served warm with vanilla ice cream or cold whipped cream.
Tips:
Cooking time: Approximately 1 ½ hours, of which approximately 45 minutes in the oven.
